OPM Instruments From Synthesizers
The following instrument patches have been found online, and have been converted from Sysex format to 8-instrument OPM format, for convenient use with the YM2151 sound chip.

As with all sysex conversions between different Yamaha FM synths, the patches may sound somewhat different on the YM2151 than they did on the original source, due to differences in the underlying hardware.
